OUR HISTORY
BiBo was born in Marbella in 2014 as one of Dani García’s most personal and creative projects. It was the chef’s first venture into a more open, fun and accessible cuisine, where Andalusian roots were mixed with international influences and flavours discovered on his travels. This proposal marked the beginning of a new era for the Dani García Group: cuisine without borders, approachable and designed to be enjoyed without formalities.
Two years later, this travelling spirit arrived in the capital with the opening of BiBo Madrid, an 800 m² space in the heart of Paseo de la Castellana, lit by thousands of light bulbs reminiscent of the Malaga fair. Here we brought to life the most cosmopolitan version of the brand, combining brasserie, tapas, international cuisine and iconic dishes that are now part of the BiBo universe.
Over time, BiBo has established itself as one of the most recognised brands of the Dani García Group. We remain true to the philosophy with which we were born: to democratise the chef’s cuisine, respect the product, be excited by each dish and offer experiences that combine creativity, technique and that Andalusian stamp that always accompanies us.
BiBo continues to be an ongoing journey. A way of sharing the world, flavour and joy from the table. And a fundamental part of the history of the Dani García Group.
