Right on Paseo de la Castellana, we open the doors to a vibrant space illuminated by thousands of light bulbs reminiscent of the traditional lighting of the Málaga Fair. BiBo story

BiBo was born in Marbella in 2014 as a creative and worldly concept inspired by Dani García’s Andalusian roots and international experiences. Two years later, in August 2016, we opened BiBo Madrid on Paseo de la Castellana, an 800 m² space that combines a brasserie, tapas, and steakhouse under a fresh, global, and relaxed vision.

Our aim has always been to bring the chef’s cuisine to a wider audience, becoming an accessible fine-dining restaurant where quality coexists with a cosmopolitan atmosphere. Over time, BiBo Madrid has established itself as a benchmark in the capital, offering a gastronomic experience open to the world without losing sight of our Andalusian roots.

For those seeking something different, we also have El Coleccionista, our clandestine cocktail bar hidden behind a secret door, where the journey continues with creative cocktails and a unique ambiance.
