At BiBo Madrid, we celebrate a travelling cuisine with Andalusian roots, combining creativity, tradition and an open view of the world. Our menu brings together some of our most iconic dishes —the BiBo Hits— along with cold and hot dishes, grilled meat and fish, grill options and a selection of tapas that reflect our cosmopolitan personality.

You’ll find everything from ceviches, freshly made guacamoles, tartares and sashimis to hot dishes such as crispy wings, fried maitake mushrooms, croquettes and wontons. For main courses, we offer everything from grilled tuna and sea bass to meats such as Iberian pork, duck magret, and our beef tomahawk. And of course, our classics are always on the menu: the Brioche de Rabo de Toro®, the BiBo Burger Bull®, and fried sea bass in marinade.
