Tumbao Tarifa is much more than a place: it is a way of being in the world. Born facing the Atlantic, where the Levante wind sets the rhythm and sunsets never feel the same twice, Tumbao has been part of Tarifa’s soul for 18 years.
There are no rushes or pretences here. Just sand under your feet, music that flows without imposing, and an energy you recognise instantly. Tumbao is that meeting point where summer stretches out, conversations linger, and every day begins with the feeling that something good is about to happen.
Over time, it has become a reference for the free spirit of the coast: a space where people, accents and stories blend together, always with the sea as a backdrop. It is beach, attitude, community. Tumbao Tarifa cannot be explained. It has to be lived. And once you understand it, you always come back.
BIBO
BiBo was born in Marbella in 2014 as Dani García’s most free, creative and international concept. A cuisine that blended Andalusian roots with flavours from around the world, designed for relaxed enjoyment and shaped by the chef’s travelling spirit.
The concept continued to grow, and in 2016 BiBo Madrid opened its doors, consolidating the brand in the capital with a cosmopolitan space combining brasserie, tapas and iconic dishes inspired by Dani García’s journeys. In 2019, BiBo arrived at Valdevaqueros beach with BiBo Tarifa, the most summer-
driven, fresh and adventurous version of the concept. Today, its natural evolution brings together international cuisine with the free spirit of the Atlantic and the legendary energy of Tumbao Tarifa at our Beach House.
Three destinations, one essence: travelling through flavour.
Together in 2026, they unite as Tumbao x BiBo, a space designed to stay, to be, and to experience Valdevaqueros in the best possible way: sport, beach, mojitos, and the art of doing nothing but lying back and enjoying it.
